A design and installation service was also carried out to the 42 properties in Chelsea. We installed a Constant Pressure Axial fan via an under ground trench to two main risers. Each apartment was served by a Constant Volume Damper. The system also included an Air to Hot-Water heat exchange unit that effectively provided heating back into the apartment block.
